Gibson Performance Exhaust released its first dual exhaust system for the all-new Polaris Ranger RZR XP 900 SxS at the 2011 Indy Dealer Show. The Extreme Core Slip-On Exhaust features a SFT Superflow design (no internal packing) for a little to no maintenance and offers a throatier (tuned) sound compared to the stock system, according to Gibson.
“Compliment your Prostar 900 with an extra increase of 5 to 6 rear wheel horsepower, 4 to 5 ft. lbs. of torque and 2 to 3 mph,” says Gibson in its product literature. The pipe wears a compression spring fitting to eliminate wear or breakage. The canisters each feature a mirror-bright polished T-304 stainless steel end cap.
