Construction:
Our Polaris Ranger RZR Long Travel was designed as a 100% bolt on kit. No drilling is required for any of the A-arm pivots on the frame side as well as any of the hub carrier points. It is constructed from a combination of .095” and .188” wall thickness box tubing, 11ga. 4130 chromoly plate and fully TIG welded for the ultimate design in rigidity and toughness. Delivering you a suspension system that will take all the abuse you can throw at it. Back that by our unconditional life time guarantee on all A-arms and you have the best long travel kit available.
Specifications:
After extensive R&D on our Polaris RZR suspension we finalized a 6” over stock increase in A-arm length per side with a wheel base alteration combined total of 1.5” to minimize push in the corners and give ample tire clearance with an aggressive look.
Performance:
Wheel travel is 15” in the front and rear utilizing a King 8” coil over shock and dual rate springs specifically valved for our kit combined with our engineered suspension system will out perform an ill handling off the shelf system with shocks you need to adjust so they work and some extended A-arms. All Chassis pivot points are precision machined consisting of a weld on bung for the A-arm, that uses the stock PVC busing and crush sleeve. Both front upper and lower A-arms use a stainless steel WSSX-14 series spherical bearing. All of our Uni-balls use the highest quality 12pt grade 8 hardware that has been plated for maximum protection and longevity. Last but not least our system is complimented by our own 300M torsion axles, we do not buy these from anyone else and should not be confused with inferior 4340 axles designs.
Quality Assurance:
All of our kits ship with all 16 Delrin pivot Assemblies and all 4 Uni-Balls preinstalled for your convenience. As a final quality assurance test, ever A-arm goes through a final packaging Q/C fixture to make sure that you will not need a come-a-long, a ratchet strap, a sledge hammer or a grinder to install our A-arms.
